I’ve got about a week left before it’s time to renew the domain “tenyjr.com”. I also plan to change hosts for my blog. Vizaweb was good the first year, but the 2 day outage last November has me looking elsewhere for better service and support. Right now, GoDaddy is an obvious choice, but I’m still researching it.
Was out of the house for most of the day Saturday, so I did not take any pictures nor did I post anything (whether it be a blog entry or a “tweet” on Twitter). Took D to his dad, and went out to dinner with a buddy from work; CL was at a scrapbooking convention with some of her friends.
I turn 35 on Monday. I usually don’t care about my birthdays. The only real milestones for me were 18 (legally an adult) and 25 (insurance rates went down); 21 was no big deal for me since I don’t really drink (although it’s something I’m trying out these days). The last year has been quite the challenge for me physically, with my headaches, teeth issues, and bad knee. I’ve been to both the doctor and dentist more times in the last year than I have in the last decade. So I guess I can say I don’t mind turning 35, but I wish my body was turning 25. And about my knee: it’s doing much better. The swelling is gone. It’s still tight when I fully bend or extend it, and it feels stiff from time to time. I will certainly not be doing kneeling anytime soon. And now that the sun is out, Salem will be happy to know that I will be taking him on his first walk in 8 days.
